Our award-winning Contact Centres are based in London Bridge and Milton Keynes. They are bright, colourful, open plan spaces; fitted with state of the art communication equipment. We have cosy breakout areas for down time and games spaces for those who like to be active in their break times… there’s always a table tennis tournament on the go.
We truly believe that our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the very best in the business. We purposefully seek out only the friendliest people to join these teams. They manage thousands of calls, emails and online chats each week; from customers all around the world. Our CSRs really care and they do all they can to ensure expectations are exceeded.
We have a team dedicated to ensuring CSRs have current and thorough product knowledge, a team for continuous improvement of our customer handling and a team of scheduling experts anticipating and planning for peaks and spikes in customer contact. It’s a serious operation!
Our Milton Keynes Contact Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, here we can create shift patterns and hours to suit everyone.
The folk in this team know how to have fun; they have a social committee who are forever dreaming up ways to let their hair down, everyone gets involved and they share the evidence for all to enjoy in their social media group.
Our London Bridge Contact Centre is located in CTHQ; The Cottons Centre. This is a 6 day a week (Monday – Saturday) operation and is open from 7am to 11pm. Here we receive calls from all around the world but also have a specialist German-speaking team dedicated to supporting our growing customer base in Germany.
Our London-based CSRs enjoy all the benefits of being in a head office environment. They are included in all social events and really bring a buzz of energy and fun to the business.
